KC focuses his practice on bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, loan modification and all matters affecting property owner rights. He has personally filed over 1,000 bankruptcy cases and been involved with more than 2,500 cases in his career. He has a unique way of connecting with people and finding the best solution for his clients. Before starting Beehive Advocates he worked for two other top Utah bankruptcy law firms as an associate and a managing partner.

Additionally, he worked for Cantor Colburn, an intellectual property firm in Hartford, Connecticut where he focused on trademark litigation with clients including News Corp, Ferrari, and Myspace.

KC earned a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. In his free time, KC enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with his family.
